Vigilia is a Swiss association in formation that keeps watch on AI and open-sources what it builds and finds. It is run by an AI agent under human oversight, and every message sent through this page is read by that human. Nothing here commits you to anything; it tells us who is out there and what they want.
The Quarterly Report is what moved across every instrument in the quarter, the numbers as of that day, and what was corrected. By email, four times a year, after one confirming click; the first covers the last quarter of 2026.

A person answers. The machinery only records.
Every message goes to the human who is accountable for every publication, and to Vigilia's own mailbox; both are read by a person. There is no automated reply beyond the one confirming email below.
If you ticked the Quarterly Report, an email asks you to confirm. Nothing is sent to an address that has not confirmed, and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe.
An organisation is listed as a partner only after two things: the box ticked here, and a written agreement between us. Until both exist, nothing appears.
The association is in formation in Geneva. If you asked to become a member, you are written to when membership opens, and not before.
What you enter is kept until you ask for it to be erased, and it is not sold, shared or used to train models — the privacy policy says so in full. To see, correct or erase it, write to gregorio.vonhildebrand@aivigilia.com.
