If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at gregorio.vonhildebrand@aivigilia.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• The email address associated with your purchase
• The date of purchase
• The order or transaction ID from your receipt

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
